Dependent spouse using EAD does not invalidate your H1 status - If you use EAD then your H1 becomes invalid and your status will be "Pending AOS"

When we do Google searching for word �immigration� Google engine will present the results based on page ranking. Can we do the following:
1. Create a page in Immigration voice that indicates clearly �retrogression issues�
2. Then we �users� can try to sort of �market� it so that this page becomes most hit page, and becomes first few pages that shows up on top in Google search.
I hope I am able to express myself. Comments please.

Guys, My appeal "I290B" for a denied I140 under EB3 category was submitted on March 5th 2008 to TEXAS service center AAO.
I have 2 questions in tracking the application
1) Are all I290B's processed initially where I140 is denied and then later sent to DC office, or completely processed by TSC.
2) If the applications are sent to DC after review by TSC. how long does TSC take to review the application before forwarding to DC and how long will DC require to process the application to close the case (I know total is 14 months for EB3)

I am currently waiting on my 485 (EB2). My priority date is Sept 16 2005, and 485 date is Aug 27 2007. I have traveled out of the country and back on advance parole and am still on H1 as I am still with the same company. My current advance parole ends in Jan 31 2010. I have to travel again in the first week of Feb 2010. I applied for another advance parole at the TSC on Aug 31 2009 for both my Wife and I. My Wife got her parole in a week, but I am yet to receive it.
I checked the USCIS site for the time frame and it says 3 months for TSC. I am thinking I might not have received it yet as I have a parole which is active. But I want to make the travel reservations now and I wanted a confirmed parole. USCIS said that they could put in an expedited request for the parole if it is an emergency. My lawyer says not to worry as I had applied in August, I had plenty of time to receive it.
Please advice. What should I do.

I gave first FP on 9/28 and lat month I took info pass and the officer raised a SR for non delivery of cards to which I got a reply that my card might have lost in mail. I called USCIS who mentioned that my card was never created and now it will be created. Now my online status changes mentioning that I have been sent FP notice again. I called uscis again and mentioned that I already gave biometrics
The officer said it was erroneous so ignore the FP notice and he will be requesting CPO for me. I even called FBI FP line today to confirm that my first FP was fine and they said it was fine and uploaded

started as an intern with local in the month of march 06 and I was given offer till end of august. but my school official gave me work permit on a semester basis and gave it only for srping 06, which end in may 15th. I couldn't update my CPT status for 1 day for summer 06 and started on 16th may, so the school official has said that i am out of status.Since re-instatement is not possible from school as it was unauthorized work permit. They have advised me to go to home country and attend visa to be eligible for reinstatement. I have grauduated last month with masters of science..
They said they will provide me recommendation letter for me to show to consular officer. Also, I have an MBA admit in same university for spring 2007.
so should i come to new program..if thats the case how to get an emergency appoitment.

If her H-4 has not expired she can file now for a change of status from H-4 to H-1, as per the last action rule, her petition filed now will override the earlier request for H-4 extension. If she does not have an unexpired H-4 she can file for COS based on the pending H-4 extension request by including the receipt.

I have my Perm approved and my PD became current so i'm able to file I-485 but i have a couple of questions.
My fiancee was in US on J1 with 2 year HRR that is not up until Jan 15, 2008. She has been back to the US twice since she left (Jan 15, 2006) on B1/B2 visa. We plan to get married. When should we do it for her to be able to come to the US under my I-485 when her 2year HRR is up.
Please advise. I just sent an e-mail to my attorney but she's on vacation until Jun 19... I guess i'm too anxious to find out what my options are.

I used Ap in 2007 and than I filed H-1B extension 6 month prior to my H-1B expiring in sept 2008. which was approved with the sameI-94 as on parolee status.
I want to use AP again, is there any problem.

I have valid SSN and B1 visa. My employer wants to me travel to US after getting confirmation on my project from US. My employer is willing to do a change of status while I will be in US.
1. Is it feasible or any process which US Immigration supports? Could anyone pls help me with any USICS link which details about the same i.e 'Change of Status'
2. Is there any risks involved in it provided the change of status is a legal process?

My fiance has filed for h1 extension. we will be travelling to india for marriage by dec. since petition papers are not expected to come by December, i was thinking if the following can be done
1. she comes along with me under h4 visa.
2. once petion paper comes, her visa status changes from h4 to h1 and then she can continue her job.
is this possible?
will h1 visa processing continue to happen when one comes to US under H4 visa.
